- Vehicle details: year, make, model, mileage, condition, VIN, photos you send us, and whether you have the title.
- Sale records: when you sell us a vehicle, a copy of your photo ID, the signed title, any lien release, the bill of sale and payment records. Nevada law requires buyers of vehicles and certain parts to keep some of these records.
- Website usage data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Messages: anything you tell us by phone, text, email or through our forms.

We share your information only with these categories of third parties, and only as needed:
- Towing and pickup partners who collect your vehicle.
- Licensed auto recyclers and salvage buyers who receive the vehicle after pickup, along with the vehicle and title information needed for the transfer.
- Service providers who run our website, hosting, forms, email, phone and customer records for us.
- Government agencies and law enforcement, such as the Nevada DMV, when the law requires it or to respond to a valid legal request.
- A buyer of our business, if the business is ever sold or merged.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with marketers for their own use.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as limited access and secure service providers. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our site and services are meant for adults who own or have the right to sell a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and place a notice on our homepage for at least 30 days. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
