These terms apply when you use the Cash for Cars Las Vegas website, ask us for a quote or sell us a vehicle. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
Agreement to These Terms
By using this website, requesting a quote or selling us a vehicle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our Service
We buy junk, damaged, wrecked and non-running vehicles from owners in the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada, and tow them away at no charge within our service area. We may decline to quote or buy any vehicle for any lawful reason.
Quotes and the Final Offer
Our process has three steps:
- Initial quote. We give you a quote based on the information you provide about the vehicle.
- Confirmation and visit. If you accept, we confirm the pickup address and time and come to the vehicle.
- Inspection and final quote. We inspect the vehicle on site and confirm the final quote before anything is towed.
If the vehicle matches the information you gave us, the quote holds. If it does not, for example because a part is missing or the damage is different, we may change the offer and will explain why. You are free to decline the final offer, and we are free to withdraw it. A sale is only complete when you accept the final offer, sign the title and receive payment. Quotes can change over time because scrap metal prices change.
Who Can Sell a Vehicle to Us
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be the legal owner of the vehicle, or have the legal right to sell it, and be able to prove it.
- The information you give us about the vehicle and yourself must be true and complete.
- Any loan or lien on the vehicle must be paid off and released, or handled in a way we agree to in writing, before the sale.
- We do not buy stolen vehicles or vehicles with altered identification numbers.
Title and Paperwork
At pickup, the owner named on the title signs it over to us and shows a valid photo ID. Where it applies, you also provide a lien release. We may ask both parties to sign a bill of sale, such as Nevada DMV form VP-104. If you do not have the title, tell us before pickup. Nevada requires proof of ownership, and we will only complete a purchase that meets Nevada DMV requirements.
Pickup and Towing
Towing is free within our service area. You agree to give us safe, legal access to the vehicle at the agreed time. If the vehicle is on property you do not own, such as an apartment lot or HOA community, you are responsible for any permission needed to remove it. Pickup times are estimates, and you or we may reschedule or cancel a pickup before the sale is complete, at no charge to you.
Payment
We pay you at pickup, after you accept the final offer and sign over the title, and before the vehicle is towed. Payment is made in cash or by check, as we agree with you before pickup.
Personal Items and License Plates
Remove all personal belongings, toll tags, garage door openers and your license plates before pickup. Once the vehicle leaves, we are not responsible for items left inside and may not be able to return them.
Your Responsibilities After the Sale
In Nevada, plates stay with the seller. After the sale, you are responsible for dealing with your plates, canceling the vehicle's registration with the Nevada DMV, submitting a resale notification and then canceling your insurance. See our Nevada paperwork guide on the homepage for the steps.

Prices, ranges and calculator results on this site are estimates, not offers. See our Disclaimer for details. You may not copy, scrape or misuse the website or its content, or submit false information through it.
Calls and Text Messages
By sending a quote request, you agree that we may call or text you about your request and pickup. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a vehicle purchase is limited to the amount we paid or agreed to pay for that vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Nevada law.
Indemnification
You agree to cover our losses and costs if a claim arises because the information you gave us was false, you did not have the right to sell the vehicle, or the vehicle had an undisclosed lien.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Terms in place when you accepted a final offer apply to that sale.
