How it works

How to Sell Your Junk Car in Enterprise

Selling a car in Enterprise takes four steps, and you are dealing with a business that works from the same neighborhood. We quote first, confirm in person, pay you and only then tow.
  1. 1

    Send the details

Send the form or phone (725) 298-3470. Tell us the year, make, model, what is wrong with the car and the cross streets where it is parked.

  2. 2

    See your quote

We price the car from what you describe and reply with a number. Asking is free, and you can compare it with any other offer.

  3. 3

    Choose a time

Pick a time that works. Whether the car is in a driveway, on a curb or in a community lot, we plan the truck around where it sits.

  4. 4

    Confirm, sign and get paid

We check that the car matches your description, agree on the final price and have you sign the title. You get cash or a check in hand before the car is hooked up.

What we buy

Cars We Buy in Enterprise

From master-planned neighborhoods to streets near Las Vegas Boulevard, these are common situations we buy.
  • A dead car in a master-planned community

Mountain's Edge and Southern Highlands are large master plans, and a car that will not move can cause friction with an HOA. We schedule around your notice and your gate.

  • A car that cannot stay in the driveway

Clark County does not allow an inoperative vehicle to be stored outside at a residence. If yours has become a problem, selling it clears the yard.

  • A car you cannot drive and cannot leave on the street

A car on a public street must be operable and have current plates and registration. A dead one parked on the curb is one complaint away from a tow.

  • A car wrecked on I-15 or the 215

Collision damage that outweighs the car's value is a clear reason to sell. If your insurer paid out, make sure the title is in your name first.

  • A car from an estate

A car that belonged to a parent or relative can be sold once the title is legally yours. When the owner has died, our title FAQs explain which Nevada form fits.

  • An old pickup or van

Heavier vehicles bring more at the scrap yard, so an old pickup or van often brings more than a small car. Tell us the year and what is wrong with it.

Local rules

Enterprise Rules That Affect Your Junk Car

Enterprise is governed by the Clark County Commission, with advice from the Enterprise Town Advisory Board. That means one set of county rules, and a clear place to report problems.

What counts as inoperative

Clark County defines an inoperative vehicle as one that is not equipped with all the parts needed to legally operate on public streets, or one that cannot be driven under its own power. A car with a dead engine or missing wheels qualifies.

Where it cannot stay

The county says inoperative vehicles cannot be stored outside at a residence and must be removed from the property. Outside storage of auto parts is also prohibited, so a pile of parts by the car does not help.

Where to report and ask

The Clark County Public Response Office takes nuisance reports at (702) 455-4191, or you can use FixIt Clark County online. The Enterprise Town Advisory Board meets at the Silverado Ranch Community Center, 9855 Gilespie St., if you want to raise a neighborhood issue.

How Much Cash Can You Get for a Junk Car in Enterprise?

Offers come from weight, condition and any parts worth reselling. Towing is free and nothing is taken out of your payment for it, whether your car is on a quiet cul-de-sac or a busy street.

Scrap yards in the valley have paid roughly $165 to $180 a ton for whole cars this year. A 3,200-pound compact SUV is about 1.6 tons, so it carries around $265 to $290 in steel alone, with the catalytic converter, engine and wheels counted on top. Most valley offers run from about $220 for a small car to $850 for a pickup. These are estimates, not guaranteed offers.

Try the scrap car value calculator or see typical offers by vehicle type.

Paperwork for Enterprise Sellers

Have the Nevada title ready, along with a photo ID that matches the name on it. If someone else is also listed on the title, ask whether the names are joined by AND or OR, because that decides who has to sign.

Take anything personal out of the car first, like garage remotes and toll tags. The plates stay with you, and our after-the-sale FAQ lists what to cancel and in what order.

FAQs

Enterprise Junk Car Questions

Are you really based in Enterprise?

Our business address, 11289 Rebel Dome Ct, is in ZIP code 89141, and the Census Bureau places that spot inside Enterprise. We buy cars across the whole valley, but this is our own neighborhood.

Does a city or Clark County handle my Enterprise street?

Clark County does. Enterprise is unincorporated, so code enforcement is the county's Public Response Office at (702) 455-4191, and abandoned vehicles on public roads go to the Las Vegas Township Constable at (702) 455-8697.

I live in Mountain's Edge. Can you get through the neighborhood?

Yes, we pick up in Mountain's Edge. Give us your cross streets and any gate code, and tell us if cars are parked tightly on your block so the driver can plan the approach.

Do you cover Southern Highlands and Silverado Ranch?

Yes, both are inside Enterprise. If your street in either one is gated, send us the gate code or tell the guard to expect a flatbed when you book.

The county says my car is inoperative. What counts?

The county's definition covers a car missing parts it needs to be legal on public streets, or one that cannot move under its own power. If your car fits, it cannot be stored outside at a home. Send us the details and we can often pick it up the same day.

Which Enterprise ZIP codes do you serve?

All eight: 89178, 89139, 89141, 89183, 89179, 89123, 89113 and 89118. The last four only partly overlap Enterprise, so send your street address if you are not sure.
