How it works
How to Sell Your Junk Car in Centennial Hills
- 1
Describe the car and the spot
Contact us at (725) 298-3470 or through the form. Share the year, make and model, what is wrong with it, and whether it is on a driveway, a curb or a dirt lot.
- 2
Get your quote
We build a price from what you tell us and send it over. It costs nothing to ask, and you can take your time deciding.
- 3
Book a pickup window
Centennial Hills is the far corner of the valley, so we set a pickup window that fits the route. Call early in the day if you want the same day.
- 4
Inspect, sign, get paid
The driver checks the car against what you told us and confirms the final price. You sign the title and are paid in cash or by check before the truck takes the car.
What we buy
Cars We Buy in Centennial Hills
A truck or SUV that did not survive the trails
A broken axle, a cracked oil pan or a bent frame after a weekend near the mountains can end a vehicle's life. We buy it where it sits.
A car on the street past the limit
The city limits how long a car can stay parked on a public street. If yours has not moved, call us before a complaint turns into a tow.
A car with an HOA notice on it
If your neighborhood has an HOA, it may have rules about cars in view. Send us the date on your notice and we will schedule around it.
A car damaged on US 95 or the 215
Accident damage that costs more to fix than the car is worth is a clear reason to sell. If your insurer totaled it, confirm who holds the title first.
A car left by a roommate or tenant
If the title has been transferred to you, you can sell a car that someone left behind. If the owner cannot be reached, call us and we will explain what the Nevada DMV expects.
A second car that is not worth the registration
Registration and insurance on a car nobody drives add up every month. Selling it stops those costs and clears the space.

Local rules
Centennial Hills Rules That Affect Your Junk Car
Cars on private property
City Code Enforcement handles cars on private property at 702-229-6615. The city's guide says a home may keep one inoperative vehicle for up to 60 days, in a side or rear yard and screened from view, and must keep other vehicles running or inside a garage. Wrecked or junk vehicles must be removed.
Cars on public streets
Under Assembly Bill 552, the Las Vegas Township Constable's Office can tow abandoned vehicles from public roads. Reports go through FixIt Clark County or the Constable's line at (702) 455-8697. The city's guide says leaving a car on a street over 72 consecutive hours is unlawful, and moving it a few feet does not reset the clock.
Driveways and front yards
The city says vehicles must be parked on an approved surface, which means concrete, asphalt or bordered gravel, and parking on a lawn is a violation. A car sitting on dirt or gravel in the front yard can draw a notice even if it runs.
How Much Cash Can You Get for a Junk Car in Centennial Hills?
Weight, condition and resalable parts decide your offer, and the drive to the northwest corner is on us. Towing is free, so the distance never comes out of your payment.
Las Vegas scrap yards have been paying roughly $165 to $180 a ton for whole cars this year. A 4,500-pound pickup is about 2.25 tons, which puts its steel near $370 to $405 before the catalytic converter, engine or wheels are counted. Typical valley offers run from about $220 for a small car to $850 for a pickup, and all of it is estimates, not promises.

Paperwork for Centennial Hills Sellers
Bring the Nevada title and a photo ID in the same name. A lost title is fixable: the owner on the title files Nevada DMV form VP-012 for a duplicate, signed before a notary or a DMV employee.
Take your plates off before the truck arrives. Cancel registration before insurance, then file the DMV resale notice. Our after-the-sale FAQ walks through all three steps.

FAQs
Centennial Hills Junk Car Questions
Do you really come all the way out to Centennial Hills?
Yes. It is the far northwest corner of the valley, so we book a pickup window and ask you to call early if you want the same day. The tow is free no matter how far the drive is.
Do you cover Skye Canyon and Providence?
Yes to both. Skye Canyon is in ZIP code 89143 and Providence is in 89166. If you are on a street we do not recognize, send the cross streets with your quote request.
A neighbor reported my car on the street. Who handles that?
For a car on a public road, the Las Vegas Township Constable's Office can respond to abandoned-vehicle reports. Reports go through FixIt Clark County or (702) 455-8697. If the car is on your own property, City Code Enforcement at 702-229-6615 handles it.
The city says my car is junk. Can I keep it for 60 days?
The city's code enforcement guide allows one inoperative vehicle for up to 60 days if it is in a side or rear yard and screened from view. Wrecked or junk vehicles have to be removed. Rules can change, so confirm with Code Enforcement before you rely on the 60 days.
Which Centennial Hills ZIP codes do you serve?
We serve 89131, 89149, 89143 and 89166. Send your street address if you are near a ZIP boundary and we will confirm.
Can you pick up a car parked on a dirt lot near Tule Springs?
If you own the car and a flatbed can reach it, yes. Tell us the nearest paved road and the ground it is on. Soft sand or a steep wash can stop a truck, and we would rather know before we drive out.
