FAQs
Service Area Questions
Do you charge more for pickups outside the Las Vegas city limits?
No. Towing is free everywhere we serve, and a pickup in Henderson, North Las Vegas or an unincorporated area is priced the same way as one in the city: by the car's weight, condition and parts. Your address does not lower your offer.
How do I know if you cover my neighborhood?
Check the list on this page, then send your ZIP code or cross streets with your quote request. If you are near the edge of the valley, call (725) 298-3470 and we will tell you before you do any work.
Do you pick up in Boulder City?
Yes, Boulder City is on our service list. It is about 26 miles from Las Vegas, which is a longer drive than most valley pickups, so call ahead and we will confirm the timing for your address.
Why does each area have its own page?
Rules and rhythms differ from place to place. Henderson has its own code enforcement office and many HOAs, while other areas answer to Clark County instead of a city. Each page explains what applies where you live.
